Venue of this proceedinq is in this county because the decedent died the owtier of the £ollowing described real property situate in St. Lucie County, Floridax Lots 10 and 11, Block A, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, No. 3, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 46, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 6. The only Florida asset of this estate is the above . described real property, the value of which is $1,500. 7. The value of the entire estate subject to administra- • tion in this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000. ~ ~ 8. The estate is not indebted. _ 9. It is proposed that the above described real property be distributed in equal shares to the decedent's residuary beneficiaries, tci wit: Virginia T. White and Ellen F. France. 10. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent, other than as set forth in Paragraph 11 hereof . ~ 11. A copy of the decedent's last will and testament, together with other probate documents, certified by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, - accompany this petition. The decedent's will, dated August 22, 1972, was admitted to original probate in Westmoreland County, in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and thereafter a certified copy was--recorded among the official records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 12. The attached certified copy of the decedent's last. will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the ~ttached certified copy of decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be entered directing distribution of -2- - FEE, PARKER & FEE.
