37 South, Range 38 East, subject to a roadway ease-
ment over that part thereof lyinq within 30 feet of the
center line of an existing road running Northerly -
Southerly near the East side thereof, said road center
line being described as follows: Begin at the South
quarter corner of said Section 4, run thence Northerly
to a point 49 feet East of the North quarter corner of
said Section 4.
And that part of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 4, Town-
ship 37 South, Ranqe 38 East, lying West of the
center line of an existing road running Northerly -
Southerly near the West side thereof, said road center
line being described as follows: Begin at the South

said Section 4; subject to a roadway easement over
