AI?iENDED PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION The Petitioner, Nancy Petersen, alleges: l. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as she has a legitimate claim against the assets of the estate and knows of others who have such claims. Petitioner's name and address are: Nancy Petersen, 746 36th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition. 2. Decedent, Daniel Thompson, whose last known address was 521 North 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on October 22, 1976, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of the death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. So far as is known, the n ames of the beneficiaries of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who are minors, are: NAME ADDRESS RELATIONSHIP AGE (BIRTH DATE I F MINOR) I' Alene Roberson Thompson, 521 North 13th St. Spouse over 21 ~ Ft. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because Decedent died domiciled in St. Lucie County. 5. Alene Roberson Thompson, whose address is 521 North 13th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida, is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because she is the surviving spouse of the said dece~dent. However, if said Alene Roberson Thompson is unwilling or unable to serve, then petitioner requests the Court to appoint some other capable - person to administer the estate, as provided by Florida Statute 733.301 (4) , to-wit: Lee Edward Muschott, Esq. , an attorney-at-law qualified to practice in the State of Florida. 6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate ~ are: Unknown except to the extent that decedent owned a ~ liability Insurance Policy issued by South Carolina Insurance ~ Company. The value of said policy and the limits of liability ~ on the said policy are unknown to your petitioner. ~ ~ 7.
