8. - A consent to the appointment of Lee Edward Muschott as
Personal Representative signed by A1ene Roberson Thompson
is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A waiver of
all further notice of these proceedings is also signed and
attached hereto by Alene Roberson Thompson.
Petitioner requests that Lee Edward Muschott be appointed
personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
