FOR VALUE RECEIYED, the undersigned promises to pay to the
order of PAN AMERICAN BA~IK OF MIAMI at its office in Dade County,
Florida, or at such other place as the holder may designate in
writing, delivered or mailed to the debtor, in lawful money of
the United States of America, the principal sum of SIXTY THOUSAND
AND 00/100 ($60,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest thereon at the rate
of eight and one-quarter (8~4%) perce~t per annum (360-day year).
Principal and interest shall be payable in two hundred n~nety- .
nine (299) consecutive monthly installments of FOUR NUNDRED SEVENTY-
TNREE AND 08/100 (5473.08) DOLLARS each, commencing the lst day of
June 1977, and a final payment of any unpaid principal balance and
accrued interest on the lst day of May, 2002. Nonthly payments shall
be applied first to interest on the unpaid principal balance and the
remainder of each monthly payment shall be applied to principal.
In the event of failure to pay any interest or any installment
of principal, or any portion of either, or any other sum required to
be paid by this note within ten (10) days after the same become due
and payable, or in the event of failure to perform and com~ly with
any and all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this note and/
or any other instruments, if any, which secure this note, then in
any of said events said principal sum, together with all unpaid
interest thereon, shall be at once d~e and payable at the option of
PAN AMERICA~~ BANK ~tIAMI, its successors or assigns, and be collectible
without further notice.
The maker hereby waives presentment for payment, pro.test and
rotice of protest and non-payment of this note, and expressly agrees
.to remain and continue bound for the payment of the principal,
interest and other sums orovided for by the terms of this note not-
withstanding any extension or extensions of the time of payment of
said principal or interest or other sum or any change or changes by
I way of release or surrender, exchange or substitution of any real
~ estate security or other collateral.
~ This note may be prepaid at any time without penalty.
~ If placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, the maker .

agrees to pay all costs and a reasonable attorney's fee, including
~ any fee on appeal.
