TEMPORARY ORDER

THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before me on thE~ fifth i

day of May, 1977 upon the Wife's prayer for temporary relief. The
Husband and the Wife personally appeared before the Court and both
were represented by Counsel. The Court heard the testimony of the
Husband and the Wife and of a witness for the husband and heard ~
the argument of Counsel for the parties. Having considered all of ~
~
the evidence and oth~:rwise being duly advised in the premises it ;
is thereupon, ` ~

I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. Temporary custody of the minor child of the parties, Y
i ~
~ ELIZABETH JEAN WEST, is hereby awarded to the Wife with the right ~
~ of reasonable visitation reserved to the Husband~. ;
~ ~
2. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ~
;
;
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. '
3. Commencing on the sixth day of May, 1977 the Husband
shall pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00 each and every week for the
~ temporary support of the minor child named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ ~
- ~y him remitted promptly to GEORGIA J. WEST. In addition there is
~
~ ereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
ach payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
~ .
~ ash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are '
