RE: Lots 15 and 16, Block 2. ALAMANDA VISTA
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 5, page 49, St. Lucie County,
Florida public records.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared ~
EDITH M. McDEVITT who upon first being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of Edward A.
McDevitt who died on October 21, 1973. -
2. That $he and the said Edward A. McDevitt, together with Daniel
P. McDevitt. a single adult, were the grantees in that certain warranty deed
of conveyance wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance the affiant was
married to the said Edward A. McDevitt and that said marital relationship
continued without interruption until the death of the said Edward A. McDevitt.
Further affiant sayeth not.
