and profits of the above described pcoperty (provided, however, that the Mort$agor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said renta, iasues and profits until default hereunder); and all Cutures now or here-

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortg,agor in and Lo the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.

such other estate, if any, aa ia stated herein; and that said Mort~agor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
said land. and every part thereof, and will defend. the same against the lawful claims of all peraona `

PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortpgor should pay to the Mort,gagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith~ made by the Mort~agor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

shall be void and relea~ed at the expenae of tl~e Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on Fetxuary 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
~ Clerk of the Cir~cuit Court of the foUowing counties in P'lorida in the Official Records Volume and at the
~ page designated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
~ Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9. 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970) ;
