THIS ACTION was tried before the Court. On the evidence
presented -
IT IS ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff, STOCKTON, lTHATLEY, DAVIN COMPANY is due:
(a) ~ 25,948.04, as principal from 8-1-76 to 4-1-7~.
(b) S 1,625.53, as interest from 7-1-76 to 4-22-77.
(c) S 99.44, as late charges from 8-1-76 to 4-1-77.
(d) ~ 25.00, as title search expense.
(e) $ 300.00, as attoineys fee.
(f) ~ 93.60, as court costs now taxed.
(g) ~ 30.78, Less Escrow Ba2ance

TRIPLETT, his wife, on the following described property in St.
Lucie Countx, Florida:
Lot 24, Block 6, PINECREST ESTATES, UNIT TWO, a
Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 17, at page S of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
