June 20, 1917. r
That if said buildings are not~demolished by the owners
thereof within said period the County shall demolish said
buildings with County forces or by independent co~tractor ~
submitting the lowest and best bid for such demolition, and
the cost of such demolition shall be assessed as a lien against
the land upon which said buildings are located.
3. That copies of this resolution shall be s~ by •
