Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot #165 of Venture Out at Cudjoe Cay,
Inc., a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof recorded in Official Records~Book 4Cr7 at Page
30, et se and as amended, which amendments are recorded in
OR Book 494, Page 1033 and OR Book 575, Page 140, of the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida.
