Officical Records Book 248 , page 1336 ~ 13 37 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
certain note in the sum of 521, 618. 90
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property.situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot #921 of Venture Out at Indian River,
Inc., a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 201, page
1402, et seq., of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and Amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 225,
Page 809, et se and O.R. Book 226, page 393, et se
of said records.
