Officical Records Book 204 , page 1573 & 1574 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie County, State of Florida, securing

Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon.the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
