the Personal Representative (Executrix) for Approval of the Accounting iiled

by the Estate pursuant to the Order of the Probate Judge in that Estate
reporting all~moneys received and spent during the period in which the F.~tate
acted as agent for the properties involved in this action and receivership from ~
~

the date of death of HOWARD F. HOWE to the appointment of a receiver of ~
t
the commonly owned properties of the Estate of HOWARD F. HOWE and
t
LUCILLE HOWE involved in this action and seeking recovery of the attorney' e ;
~
fees expended by the Estate in regard to such properti~s during this period of
$2, 535. 00; and no objections having been filed to such Report in the year and
i

i ~
~ ten months that have passed since its filing, and the court being otherwise -
~ fully advised, it is

~ ORDERED ANU ADJUDGED

~ That the Accounting filed by the estate of HOWARD F. HOWE as
~ to the handling of income and expenses of the commonly owned properties of
~
~ the Estate of Howard F. Howe and Lucille Howe filed with this court is hereby
~ approved and the Estate shall recover from the Receivership the attorney's ;
~ ~
; ` fees experided by the Estate for the benefit of these properties in the amount of
~
~ ~ $2, 535. 00.
