CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared
FRANK H. FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says on
oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for the
lienor herin, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY, a Florida
corporation, P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, and that in ~
pursuance of oral contracts now fully executed with the following:

said lienor furnished the followinq:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building suppoies
for the construction of improvements situate on the real property
described as follows: ~
The West half of Lots 26 and 27, Block 29,
INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, Unit 6, as per plat thereof •
on file in Plat Book 10, page 57, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
owned by Carol Carr, a single adult. Said materials were of •
a total value of $4,168.42, including finance charges, of
which there remains unpaid $4,168.42. The first of said materials t
were furnished on December 30, 1976 and the last of same on
March 18, 1977. A Notice to Owner in proper form has been duly
served and ~aas received on February 2, 1977, and the lienor has ;
. otherwise properly complied with all provisions of Chapter 713,
; Florida Statutes. s
