• THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Petitioner's
Motion for Contempt, and there appearinq Petitioner and Peti-

tioner's attorney, James Campbell and Respondent and Respon-

'r- dent's counsel, Richard G. Lubin, and upon testimony taken,

examination of the file, records and proceedings heretofore
had, it is
ORDERED AND ADJimGED: i
1. That the Respondent is in contempt of this Court
• ~
for failure to pay the sum as alleged and the Cowrt so finds '
that the amount due and owing said Petitioner from said Ites-
~ pondent is SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE ~OLLARS and
no/100 ($6,425.00). ~
2. That the Respondent may purge himself of contempt
by paying to the Clerk of the Court for the Petitioner's
benefit to be used as child support the sum of ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY DOLLARS anc7 no/100 ($150.00) on January 28, 1977. ~
Further, that Respondent is to pay to the Clerk o~ the Court
the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS and no/100 ($300.00) on or
, before six (6) months from th e date of this order.

3. That the F.~ ~~,onG~nt is to keep current on his
child support obligation. ~

4. That in all other respects the final judgment of
divorce shall stand in full force and effect as entered by
this Court, and this Court recoqnized that arrearage will
