I~1CIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE N0. 75-1164-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of: JACK ANDERSON, Husband . and ~ MARILYN ANDERSON, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 16th day of May, 1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: lhis Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is ~.r- retrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED a s follows : - ~ 1. DISSO?.~JTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JACK ANDERSON and MARILYN ANDERSON be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and-each of them are hereby forever freed from the bond~ of ~ ~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations - ~ . ~ I ~ arising therefrom. ~ ! 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the two minor children, to-wit: ANGELA ~ ~ ANDERSON and THERESA ANDERSON, is hereby awarded to MARILYN ANDERSON, ~ t ~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JACK ANDERSON. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the~day~ of G' , 1977, the sum of $~i L' shall be paid by JACK ANDERSON for the support of the two minor children, payable each and every week. Each payment ~ shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly ~ to MARILYN ANDERSON.
