DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
. This cause came on for trial the 16th day of May, 1977, and
the Court havinq given full consideration to all the-evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the partie~ and ~
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the pairties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon - ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL LUMAR
WOODALL, husband, and CHERYL BRAMBLETT WOODALL, wife, be, and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arisinq therefrom. ~
' 2. STIPULATION. The Stipulation agreement entered into by _

~ the parties and admi.tted into evidence at the Final Hearing herein, is

~ hereby incorporated in this Final Judgment by reference and the parties
~ are ordered to comply with each and every provision contained therein
as if fully set out in this Final Judqment.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper.
