~This cause coming on tb be heard upon trie petition for
adoption filed herein and th~ Consents of EDDIE WAYNE SMITH,'and '

RUBY ELAINE TAYLOR, the natural father and mother of the minor
child, and it appearing to the Court that petitioner is a fit
and proper person ta adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, -
and that the best interests of the child will be promoted by the
adoption and that the child is suitable for adoption by petitioner,
BII~iJAMIN F. TAYLOR, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. That the minor child is hereby declared to be the

~ legal child of petitioner, BENJAMIN F. TAYLOR, and is given the
~
~ name of DANNIE WAYNE TAYLOR, by which name he shall hereafter be
~
known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of peti- ~

tioner, BENJAMIN F. TAYLOR, entitled to all the rights and privi-
leges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to petitioner,
BENJAMIN F. TAYZAR, in lawful wedlock.
