to Dismiss filed by the former wife, DONNA F. BIGGERS, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideratio

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss be and
, the same is hereby denied and the former wife, DONNA F. BIGGERS
shall have fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order to
plead further in this cause and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Complainant, GARRY
