ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that the Division of Family Servicea
in St. Lucie County shall conduct an investiqation of the home

~.of the mother where the minor child presently resides and that
the same or comparable aqency in Buncombe County, North Carolina
i shall conduct the same investigation of ~he home of the father.

That a report from both agencies on the investigation of both
homes shall be submitted to the Court. That said report shall
~ be completed_as soon as possible an?d in the event that the s~umner
1 visitation arives prior to the completion of said repor~-no ~elay
i in said visitation shall result from a delay in the filinq of

, said reports and the Court shall determine the issue of visitation

~ rights based on whatever evidence is submitted at a subsequent
~
hearinq, if one is necessary.
