The Court has 3urisdiction of the parties to and the subject
matter of this action.
The marriage of the~parties EDWARD LOFTON, Husband, and EDNA
LAVERNE LOFTON, Wife, is irretrievably broken, therefore, it is
ADJUDGED:
1. The marriage of EDWARD LOFTON, Husband, and EDNA LAVERNE
LOFTON, Wife, is dissolved and each spouse is restored to the status
of being single and unmarried.
