DISSOLUTIQN OF MARRIAGE 3~191
This cause came on for trial the 16th day of May, 1977, and the
Court~having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: T'his Court has jurisdiction of the partiea and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THOMAS MONROE
BOWSER, JR., and JUDITH CAROLE Bd~TSER be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds `

of matrimony her~tofore existing between them and from the obligations
~
arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~
3. RESTRAINING ORDER, Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other,
~ 4; JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cauae, and the parties hereto
~
~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
