It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THOMAS MONROE BOWSER, JR., and JUDITH CAROLE Bd~TSER be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds ` E of matrimony her~tofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER, Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other, ~ 4; JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cauae, and the parties hereto ~ ~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. This Order entered at St. Lucie County, F1 idc~, this~day of ^ May, 1977. C.
