That there is no current provision for the property appraisor to accept for filing any application which is not filed in a timely manner, that ia on or before March 1 of the relevant year for which exemption is claimed, nor is the propertq appraisor authorized under F,S, 196.131(1) so to do.(F.S~ 196. 151 was amended effective October 1, 1976 to eliminate the one month period from March 1 through April 1 during which the property appraisor may.accept applicatians filed in a tardq fashion.) 5. That the applications for 1976 hamestead exemption - bq Toney and Beatrice Lucas, Victoria J. Sanders, Pasquale and Grace Gibilisco, Yong Kun Han, Rudolph ~nd Ayako Petty, Jeffrey F. and Faye B. Wright~ and Robert E. and Patricia M~ Johnston were filed after March 1, 1971 in an untimely fashion and these app~icants are found as a matter of law to have waived their exemption for 1976. 6. That the prayer for mandatory i,n3unction 3,s granted, ~ and the 1976 St Lucie County Tax Roll is restored to its just value as determined by the plaintiff herein, JA1~II:S W, BASS, St Lucie County Property Apprs~is~r by his denial of those applicarions for homestead exemption subject of this lawsuit and nominated above. - ; i 7. That further the St Lucie County Bosrd of Tax ~ Adjustment is en3oined from further granting of homestead exemptions ' ~ € ~ to those applicants who do not file appropriate applications in ~ - ~ a timely fashion. .
