THIS MATTER coming before me to determine the permanent
legal custody of the minor child KIMBERLY ANN McCONNELL, and
the plaintiff, THOMAS W. McCONNELL, having shown definite
proof that the final determination of custody of the minor
child KIMBERLY ANN McCONNELL has been.made in the Ohfo court
system, and this Court being obligated to give full faith
and credit to the final determination made in the Ohio court
syste~n, and in compliance with the Order of this Court in

` ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That the ermanent custod of the minor child

to THOMAS W. McCONNELL. her father, in compliance with the
final determination o~f the Ohio court system, of which
definite proof has been presente3 to this Court, and in-the ~

exercise of full faith a~d credit of the final determination ~

~by the Court of Appeals of Ohio, Eighth District, County of
Cuyahoga .
~ 2. That this Order of permanent custody to the father,

for custody or an amended petition for custody filed by the
