McWNNELL, shall have ten (10) days from the date of this
Order in which to make any amendments to the petition for
custody which was filed in this cause by Charles E. Becht,
previous attorney for JACKLEEN A, McCONNELL, on•March 22~
1977. _
3. That the hearing on the petition for custody or
amended petition for custody shall take place-on the 3rd day
of Jtme, A. D, 1977, at 3:30 p,m,, or as soon thereafter as
counsel can be heard, before the Honorable Philip G. Nourse,
one of the Jud~es of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County,
Florida. The m3.nor child KIMBERLY ANN McCONNELL shall not
be removed from St. Lucie County, Florida, by either party
from the date of this Order to the final determination of
the etition for custod o= amended !
