either of the above captioned files from either Martin County,
Florida or St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose of transmitting
said file to any scheduled hearing held either in St. Lucie County,
Florida or Martin County, Florida, and the Clerk of Martin County,
Florida, and the Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida are hereby authorized
and directed to deliver to either a~torney said Circuit Court file
