Office Box 8, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450, is entitled to
appointment as peraonal representative because Petitioner is
the nominated peraonal representative in decedent's last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:

(b) First Federal Savings and Loan ~

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paraqraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
April 21, 1977, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will be
admitted to Probate and that Sun Bank of St. Lucie County
be appointed personal representative of the estate of the
decedent.
