LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
AMA.SA A. MARKS
I, AMASA A. MARKS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of my clothing,
jewelry, books, pictures, articles of personal use, auto-
mobiles, household goods, provisions, furniture, furnish-
ings, and equipment (if I own any articles of said descrip-
tion at my death), to my wife, ELSA M. MARKS, provided she
survives me, and if she does not survive me then all of
said~property shall go instead equally to my grandchildren,
GAYLEN GERRISH, GAYLE STAIiL, TODD MARRS and PETER MARRS,
per stirpes.
CLAUSE III: All of the res,t, residue and remainder -
of my property I give and devise to my trustee hereinafter
named, in trust, however, for the following uses and ~
purposes, to wit:
A. Durinq the lifetime of my wife, ELSA M. MARKS,
the truatee shall pay all of the net invome in
convenient installn~nts to or for the benefit of
my said wife. In addition, the trustee may pay ~
as much of the principal of this trust as the =
trustee determines to be necessary for the health, ~
maintenance, welfare and support of my said wife,
in accordance with the standard of living to which
she has become accustomed during my lifetime, and
the trustee is directed to take into consideration
all other assets and incoa?e of my said wife avail-
able to her for these purposes. Upon the death of
