LAST WILL AND TTSTAMSNT OF AMASA A. MARKS ~ l~aqe Two
my said wife, the trustee ahall distribute the -
sum of $1,000.00 to S~iRINERS HOSPITAL ~+'OR
CRIPPLED CIiILDRSN, a Maseachusetts corporation,
Springfield, Massachusetts, and this trust shall
cease and tenainate and the balance thereof shall
be distributed out=iqht to my grandchildren,
GAYLSN GSRRISH, GAYLS STAAL, TODD MARKS and PETER
MARKS, per stirpes.
CLAUSE IV: In order to carry out the purposes of ~
the trust created under this Will, the trustee shall
have all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibili-
ties-granted to trustees, under Chapters 737.402 and 738,
Florida Statutes. '
~ My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.6I2, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
' CLAUSE V: I name and appoint SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor
as personal representative of this Will and as trustee of
the trust created hereunder.

~ determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
~ that it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived my
said wife, and the prov~sions of this Will, and any Codicil
hereto, shall be construed and regulated as if I had, in
fact, survived my said wife.
