4. Venue of this proceedinq is in this county because
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County at the time of his
death.
5. The assets in.this estate and their estimated values
are:

6. CAROL ANN WILSON, whose address is 3211 Paulsen St.,
Apt. 1, Savannah, GA, is entitled to preference in appointment
as personal representative because she is named.as personal
representative in the Will of the decedent, to serve without
bond.

~ 7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or

f codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.

~ 8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
December 5, 1974, is in the possession of the above court or
accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted
to probate and that CAROL ANN WILSON be appointed personal
representative of the Florida estate of the decedent and that
the requirement of filing a bond be waived.
