O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion for Attorney
Fees, payment of outstanding claim, and discharge of the Personal Repre-
sentative of tlie Estate of decedent, the Court determining that attorney
fees are due, that an outstanding claim exists against said Estate, and
that the Personal Representative, HENRY LEE BETTS, hasconsented to the
payment of said attorney fees the the closing of decedent's estate, that
there are~no-further~~assets nor liabilities in the estate, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. That attorney fees in the sum of $650,20 be paid to ~
Gerald S. James, Attorney, and said Personal Representative is directed ~
to make payment of said sum. ~
2. That the Claim filed herein by Dr. Melvin Wolkowsky in
the sum of $5.00 be paid, and the Personal Representative is directed
I to make payment of said claim and obtain Satisfaction thereof.

~ 3. That che surety on the Personal Representative's Bond

~ is released from further liability on it.
I 4. That this Estate is declared to be fully administered and _
is closed.
