MOTION TO AMEND PETITION FOR DISCHARGE. ~
COMES NOW the attorney for the above estate and shows
the Court that there was inadvertently left off said Petition by

scrivener's error the following:
The South 150 feet of the North 1156
feet of the East SO~feet of the West
. 1383 feet of the Northwest quarter of
Section 3, Township 41, Range 42, being
Lot 229 of the unfiled plat of Abyssina ~
Park, a part of Loxahatchee Garden Farms. ~

on the Petition for Discharge and likewise on said Deed.
WHEREFORE, said attorney moves the Court to allow him F
to correct Paragraph 4 of the Petition for Discharge by interlen-
ating the above described lot in Palm Beach County, Florida,
, and that said deed from the heirs may be corrected also.
