I, JO PARRISH, of the County of Okeechobee, State of Florida,
beinq of sound and disposinq mind and memory, do make_this, my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking ar~d annulling all others

by me heretofore made.
FIRST. I desire and direct that all my just debts, funeral
expenses and chargea of administration be paid first.
SECOND. I give, bequeath and devise all of iay clothing,
jewelry, personal and household effects to my sister, ANNETTE P.
JENKINS, if she survives me.
THIRD. I give, bequeath and devise all the reat, remainder
and residue of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever
nature and wherever situate (called "n~y residuary estate") as
follows: •
(a) If my sister, ANNETTE P. JENKINS, survives me, I give,

bequeath and devise my residuary estate to R.E. !~lcNEILL; JR., as

i . Trustee, in trust to pay to or apply for the benefit of my sister,

~ ANNETTE P. JENKINS, during her life all of the net income and in

~ addition so much of the principal as my Trustee in his, or its
discretion may'deem proper for the health, support, maintenance,
care and comfort of my said sister without reqard to any other
income or property which may be available to her, and in makinq
payments or application of principal my Trustee shall be-guided -
solely by the best interests of my said sister and shall not be

~ restrained by the possible interest of any person hereinafter
~ named .
~ (b) Upon the death of my sister, Annette P. Jenkins, or upon
my death, if she shall not survive me, I qive, kiequeath and devise
