(c) Upon the death of my sister, Annette P. Jenkine, or upon
my death, if she ahall not survive me, I give, bequeath and devise

accumulated interest, to Richard Parrish and his wife of Sarasota,
Florida, if living, if not to their heirs. ;

from said trust assets an annual fee for his services as such trust-~

able therefrom, and if the income is not sufficient fur such pur- ~
