l SIRTB. Subject to the exception hereinafter contained, if

! the safd R. E. McNeill, Jr., ehall die before the time of my death, ~

~ or thereafter shall neqlect, fail or refuse to act as trustee of

~ the trust hereinabove created, then I hereby name and appoint the

~ Atlantic National Bank of west Palm Beach, a national banking assoc-
~
; iation of Weet Palm Beach, Flarida, to act as trustee of such trusts

i ancl in the event that the two last na~aed shall for any reason not
,
~
~ act or cease to act as 8uch trustee, then subject to the exception

` hereinafter contained, ft is my deaire and wish that some bank or

~ trust company au~horized to do a trust businese in the State of
7~ ~
~ Florida shall be appointed as trustee of the aforesaid trust; and
in any and all such events, any and all successor trustees, joint-
~
=y ly and severally shall have, be entitled to, and exercise any and
.
all of the riqhts, duties, and ~wers belonging to the original

t ~rustee hereinabove named. Anything hereinabove to the contrary

~ notwithstanding, if said R. E. !~lcNeill, Jr., shall be living at the

~ ` time any one or more vacancies occur in the aforesaid trusteeship,

~ ' then without any restriction whatsoever, I hereby give him full,
~ ` complete and prior power and au~hority to name such successor
~ :
trustee or trustees as in his sole discretion may be necessary or ~
° proper.
~ ~ SEVENTH. I hereby name, constitute and appoint the ATLANTIC

~ ` NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM BEACH, a national banking aasociation !

~ ; of West Palm Beach, Florida, as executor of this my last will and

~ j teatament; provided however, that in the event the said Atlantic

' National Bank of west Palm Beach shall for any reason not act or (

~ cease to act as such executor, then in such case, it ia my desire ~
~ and wish that soiae bank or trust company suthorized to do a truet
