EIGHTH. Anythinq contained herein or in any present or

p ~ bility for any loss incurred in such retention or in the disposit-

; ion of all or any part of said peoperty, in good ~aith.
(c) To invest or reinvest all or any part of my said estate
; as well as the fncome, issues and profits thereof, in any securi-
: ties or property which eaid fiduciaries may choose regardless of
: the fact that the same or any part of the same may not be a legal

investment for the investment of funds by fiduciaries; and I here-

~ ~ by relieve said fiduciaries from all responsibiiity or liability
~ ~ for any losa in making such investmenta or reinvestments, in qood

(d) To hold any asset, including without limitation any
