publish and declare this instrument to be the First Codi~il to"

my Last Will and Testament dated September 1, 1970, and, except

as herein nadified, I ratify, republish and confirm said Will
in a11 respects.
I hereby cancel and revoke Item THIRD of said Will and
substitute the -following in its place: _
THIRD. I qive,.devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my property as follows: ~

(a) If my sister, ANNETTE P. JENKINS, survives me,
. ~ I give, devise and bequeath my residuary estate to the Trustees
~ hereinafter named, in trust, to pay to or apply for the benefit
of my sister, ANNETTE P. JENKINS, during her life, all of the
~ net income and in addition so much of the principal as the
~ ~
€ Trustees, in the Trustees' discretion, may deem proper_for the
~ 1~.~~ health, support, maintenance, care and comfort of my sister
~
~ without regard to any other income or property which may be
~available to her and in making payments or application of prin-
cipal, the Trustees shall be guided solely by the best interests
of my sister and shall not be restrained by the possible inte-
rests of any person hereinafter named.

(b) Upon the death of my sister, ANNETTE P. JENKINS, ~
~ (or at my death if my sister does not survive me), the Trustees

~ shall distribute all the remaining principal of the trust estate
