PARRISH, if he is then livinq, or, if not~ to his then
living issue, per stirpes.
(3) ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to MRS.
LARRY WILLIAMS, if she is then living.
(4) ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to each
then living child of FLORENCE BAMA McNEILL STEINMAN.
(5) The remai~ing principal, if any, of the
trust estate (or the remainder, if any, of my residuary ~
estate) to: . -
- (i) One-half to R. E. McNEILL, JR.~ if he
is then living, or if he is not then living, to those
- persons who would be the heirs at law of R. E. McNEIt,L,

Florida had he then died without a Will, domiciled in
