then died without a Will, domiciled in Florida, pos-
sessed only of such property and such distribution
shall be in the proportions prescribed by such laws.
I hereby cancel and revoke Item FOURTH of said Will and sub-
stitute the following in its place: .
FOURTH. R. E. McNEILL, JR., and FLORENCE S. McNEILL shall
receive no compensation as Personal Representative or Trustee, or
both, provided that nothing contained herein shall limit their
right to reimbursement from the estate for expenses incurred as
Personal Representative or Trustee. The Trustees servinq from
time to time (except R. E. McNEILL, JR. and FLORENCE S. McNEILL)
shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for services ren-

j dered hereunder, which, as to any corporate Trustee, shall be
- in accordance with its published schedule of fees in effect from
time to time. - I

I hereby cancel and revoke Item SIXTH of said Will and sub-
