willing or able-to serve, the corporate Trustee shall serve as _
sole Trustee. -
(e) I hereby waive compliance by the Trustees with
the provisions of Chapter 737, Flor;Lda Statutes, as it now _
exists or as it may hereafter be amended and i further waive
compliance with any other law now or hereafter in effect re-
quiring qualification of Trustees or administration or account-
inq by Trustees under the supervision of any Court.
(f) The corporate Trustee shall have the sole respon- .
sibility for the custody~and safe keepinq of Trust assets and
shall have the sole responsibility for the preparation of
accountinqs and all tax returns.
I hereby cancel and revoke Item SEVENTH of said Will and
substitute the following in its place: ~

(a) I appoint ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM
BEACH and R. E. McNEILL, JR. to serve as Co-Personal Representa-
tives of my estate.

~ to serve as substitute or successor Co-Personal Representative.

serve as Co-Personal Representative, I appoint FLORENCE BAMA
McNEILI~ STEINMAN to serve as substitute or successor Co-Personal
Representative.
(d) If all of the named individual Personal Repre-
sentatives are not willing or able to serve, the corporate
