(2) To pay to t6e Government such fees and other charges as may now or hereafter be requ'ued by regulations of the : Fumers Ebme Administntion. ~ (3) lf required by the Governmeat, to make addirioml monthly paymenu of 1/12 of the esrimated anoual taxes, ~ assessments, insurance prcmiums and other charges upon t6e mortgagod premises. - ~ (4) Whether or not the note is insurod by the Govsrnment, the Government may at any time pay any other amounts ~ required 6erein to be paid by Borrower and not paid br him when due, as well as any costs and e:penses for th~ Preservation, ~ protection, or enforcement of this lien, u advances for the xcount of Borrower.
