THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that is has 3urisdic-
tfon of the subject matter, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has ~urisdiction of the parties.
.2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, THERESA
G. HOFFMAN, and Respondent, WRAY S. HOFFMAN, are dissolved because
the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Separation Agreement between the parties in-
troduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit 1 was
' executed voluntarily after- full disclosure and is for-the best

~ interest of the parties and is hereby approved and incorporated
~ by reference in this Final Judgment and the parties are hereby

ordered to comply with same.
4. That the Wife's name prior to her marriage to Husband
shall be restored to Wife - that name being THERESA GAGNE MINGO.
5. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering .with, harassing or annoying one another.
The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move this
