in connection with this suit.
4. That the Plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment
of the above itemized sums against the following described propert
situtate in St. Lucie County, Florida. to wit:
Lot 7~ Block S~i~, Section 13, PORT ST. LUCIE, as
recorded in P1at'Book 13, at Page 4(A through M)
of the Public Re~ords of St. Lucie County, Florida
~ The lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior
to all rights, claims. liens, interests, encumbrances and equity
of the Defendants, CHARLES R. SCHWARZ, JR. and JOANNE Y. SCHWARZ,
his wife; FREDERICK KUHLMAI~, JR. and MARIAN A KUHLMAN, his wife; ~
ELIZABETH SILVAS; ROBERT RYAN and CAROL RYAN, his wife, and
all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under
_ the Defendants or any of them and the property will be sold
free and clear of any claims of the Defendants.
5. That the Defendants, CHARLES R. SCHWARZ, JR. and
JOANNE Y. SCHWARZ, his wife, are hereby directed to pay the
above itemized sums to the Plaintiff and in addition such further
sums as may be paid bq the Plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest
at 6~ from the date of this Decree until paid, and any further
~ sums in connection with this suit, within one day upon the entry

~ of this Decree.
6. That upon default~in payment of said amovnt to
the Plaintiff within the time specified, the property described
in Paragraph Four above be sold by the Honorable Roger Poitras,
Clerk of the Court, at public outcry to the highest and best
bidder for cash at the front door of the St. Lucie County Courthous
in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, during the legal hours ~
of sale at 11:00 A.M. on the 3i~ daq of May, 1977, ~n order

~ 'to satisfy the said amounts decreed to be due the Plaintiff.

~ That the said Clerk shall give notice of said sale
in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes; that the
Plaintiff may become the purchaser at said sale, and in that
event, the said amounts decreed ta be due the Plaintiff shall
