out of the proceeds of the sale, the Clerk shall retain the
cost of the sale, shall pay to Plaintiff the said amounts decreed
to be due it and if the Plaintiff is the purchaser, shall credit ~
said amounts on its bid, and shall retain any balance reuiaining
of said proceeds in the registry of this Court to abide the~ -
further order of this Court.

7. That in the event the amounts realized at the ~
aforesaid sale shall be insufficient to pay the total of the
several amounts herein ordered~to be paid, this Honorable Court ~
- shall retain ~ urisdiction for the purpose of entering such other
and further orders as this Court shall deem proper with respect
to said deficiency.
~ 8. That upon said sale being made and Certificate ~

of Sale and Certificate of Title provided by law being duly ~
executed and filed by the Clerk, the Defendants and all persons
claiming by, through or under them since the co~nencement of
this suit, shall be forever barred atid foreclosed of all their ~
j ~ right, title, equitq and interest in and to said property or

i any part thereof, and shall, upon exhibition of a certified ;
~ copy of Certificate of Title, let the purchaser named therein
~ or his successors in interest into possession thereof.
