MOTION TO AI~ND ORDER TAXING INTEREST
Comes now the defendant, Sibyl Hayes, by and through her
undersigned attorney, and moves the Court for entry of an Amended
Order Taxing Interest signed Apri.l 26, 1977 to correct a typographical
error in the cents of the assessed interest in the last paragraph,
wherein the Clerk of the Court shall disburse the assessment to
Spencer B. Gilbert for disbursement to the defendant Sibyl Hayes
in the amo~t of $16,170.26 and not $16,170.20 as incorrectly written.
