collection of this Note. including a reasonahle attorney's fee. on failure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any accrued
intereat due hereunder on the due date thereof. 'I~ia Note and all aums due bereunder ahall bear intereat at the highest
Iawful rate of interest per annum in the 3tate of Florida from the date when the principal and accrued intereat under
thia Note ahaU be due and payable. The totalintereat peyable hereunder shall not in any one year e:ceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida.
This Note is aecured by a Mottgage, dated the date hereof, of property aitugted in the 3tate of Florida.

All parties to this Note, whether Maker. principal, surety. guarantor or endorser, hereby waive presentment tor
payment, demand. protest, notice of protest, and notic~ of diahonor. and e:preaely agree jointly and severally to remain ~
