Oughterson, respectful~ly shows: ~
1. Petitioner, Martha B. MeNaghten resides at 812
(Apt B) Old Farm Estates, Hutchinson, Kansas, 67501, and her
mailing address is the same. Petitioner T. T. Oughterson resides
at the corner of Riverside Drive and Egret Place, Stuart,
Florida 33494, and his mailing address is P. 0. Drawer 86,
Stuart, Florida 33494.
! 2. Anna Steele Dutton, who is 86 years of age and

~ resides at 328 Naranja Ave., Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County,

° Florida, was adjudicated in the St. Lucie County, Florida on
(~,41~- ~'7, , 1977, to be incompetent in accordance
with the provisions of Florida Statutes. The nature of her
incapacity is as follows; Incompetency resulting from a severe
stroke.
3. The incompetent is the owner of no real property
in Florida, but does own a summer home at Chatham, Mass. The
~ incompetent does own tangible personal property and intangible
~
property within the State of Florida, the value of which is
over $10,000.00. She also has oil and gas leases in the State ~
of Kansas which produce a small monthly income.
