5. Your Petitioners suggest to this Honorable Court
that Martha B. McNaghten be appointed as Guardian of the person,
and that T. T. Oughterson be appointed Guardian of the property
of Anna Steele Dutton, an Incompetent.
6. Your Petitioners state that the next of kin of
Anna Steele Dutton, Martha B. McNaghten, has filed a consent to
the appointment of herself as Guardian of the person, and T. T.
Oughterson, as Guardian of the property, and has waived notice
regarding these guardianship proceedings.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that this Court enter
an Order appointing Martha B. MeNaghten as Guardian of the
person and appointing T. T. Oughterson as Guardian of the
; property of Anna Steele Dutton, an Incompetent.
