The Petition of Martha B. MeNaghten and T. T. Oughterso
for the appointment of Guardians of the person and of the property
of Anna Steele Dutton, a/k/a Anna S. Dutton, coming on this day
to be heard; and it appearing to the court that the above named
Anna Steele Dutton is incompetent because of a severe stroke, and
owns property in this state and that it is necessary for Guardians
to be appointed for the property and the person of the incompetent
and that a consent has been procured from the next of kin of
the incompetent, and the court having jurisdiction and being
fully advised, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Martha B. McNaghten is
; appointed as Guardian of the person and T. T~.Oughterson of Stuart,

; Florida, is appointed Guardian of the property of Anna Steele

~ Dutton, an incompetent because of her incompetence.
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Martha B. ~
~ McNaghten and T. T. Oughterson as guardians of the person and
property, respectively, make and file oaths as required by law,
and that T. T. Oughterson furnish a security bond in the sum of

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that no bond is
required of the Guardian of the person of Anna Steele Dutton. fi
